In practice since 2015
Dra. Simone Ferreira, OAB/RN 14.118, practises Brazilian immigration law: residence, family reunification and naturalization. Her eleven years of practice, continuously since 2015, were built in administrative, contract, consumer and civil law. That work, administrative procedures, document analysis and contract review, is what now applies to the life of a foreign national in Brazil and to the Brazilian relative searching on their behalf.
Alongside her legal qualifications, Dra. Simone completed postgraduate studies in Psychoanalysis. She does not provide clinical care. This training informs her way of listening: understanding what someone is bringing to the conversation before putting their situation into legal terms.
